Right Side Supply Co. does not directly process, manufacture, fulfill, ship, or refund orders placed through our online storefront.

Our online store is operated through Printful. Products are produced, payments are processed, orders are fulfilled, and shipments are handled through Printful and its service providers.

Shipping

All shipping services, rates, estimated delivery times, tracking information, and delivery-related matters are handled through Printful.

Shipping costs and available shipping options are displayed during checkout.

Right Side Supply Co. does not control carrier transit times, delivery schedules, shipping delays, lost packages, or other carrier-related issues.

Returns & Exchanges

Products sold through our Printful storefront are made to order.

Printful does not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Customers should carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and order details before completing a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Products

Claims involving damaged, defective, or misprinted products are handled through Printful.

Qualifying issues must generally be reported within 30 days of delivery. Printful may require photographs or other information to review a claim and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Lost Packages

Claims for packages lost in transit are handled through Printful and must generally be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and processing for orders placed through our Printful storefront are determined and handled through Printful in accordance with the policies applicable to the order.

Right Side Supply Co. does not directly process customer payments or issue refunds for purchases made through the Printful storefront.

Order Support

Questions or problems involving an existing order, including shipping, tracking, delivery, damaged or defective merchandise, refunds, or replacement requests, should be directed to Printful Customer Support using the Contact/Support option available through our Printful storefront.

Right Side Supply Co. is happy to help with questions about our brand, designs, or products, but fulfillment and transaction-related issues are handled through Printful.

By placing an order through our external Printful storefront, customers are also subject to the terms, policies, and procedures presented by Printful during the purchasing process.
